  1. I currently use jchartFX version 7.5.5962.21446 . What version of jQuery do you recommend using for this version of jchartFX? What about 7.5.6127?
  2. Hi, What time zone will this give me "2017-11-29T00:00:00.000-05"? I assume "-05" is the time zone code. Is there a list somewhere on your site?
  3. Hi I'm experiencing an issue with bar charts (it might affect other charts too). In short, a date formatted like this: "2017-11-29T00:00:00.000Z" is displayed as "Nov-28". If I change the date to "2017-11-29T13:00:00.000Z" it correctly displays as "Nov-29". HTML ============================================================= <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <title>Title of the document</title> <script src="jchartfx/jquery/jquery-latest.js?v=1513269751805"></script> <script src="jchartfx/jquery/jquery-ui.js?v=1513269751805
  4. Hi, I'm seeing a scrollbar in IE11 (edge mode) and I can't understand why (I posted about this earlier, but can't seem to edit my previous post so I reposted). Basically, the jchart graphs go to the edge of the screen, but there is extra whitespace to the right and bottom of the graphs so I get a scrollbar. Ideally, the scrollbar would only come in if the graph content is bigger than the size of the div. I have this working in a stand alone file example, but didn't post because it's rather large. Please help. Thanks, Jon Attachments.zip
  5. Hi, I'm seeing a scrollbar (I've attached a screenshot) where I believe there shouldn't be one in IE11 (edge mode). All of the graphs are absolutely positioned, and have no padding. However, I still see the scrollbar. Ideally, I'd only see the scrollbar when the graph content is more than the div. PS I have a zip file working with this example, but it's quite large so I didn't post it. Please help out. Thanks, Jon
  6. Hi, I'm trying to get my chart to resize, and I'm wondering the best way to do that. I did see a post titled "Resize the chart" which suggested the following: chart1.doUpdate(true); chart1.chart_ud(true); Neither of which is working for me. I did find a way, by re-setting the datasource and adjusting the width and height of the div. What is the best way to do this? I'm trying to get this to work in IE11. I've attached an html any help is appreciated. test.html
  7. Actually, yes. The sample downloaded from the link does work on my end. I should be able to go forward. Thanks!
  8. Can anybody help with this problem? My co-worker and I have been stuck on this problem for quite some time now, and we need it for a client project. Also, it seems the link to the chart has changed. Below is the correct one: http://support.softwarefx.com/jchartFX/article/2601043#!2601280 Any help (even general direction) on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
